Solution

SLID ==> (S+1) (L+1) (I-1) (D-1) ==> TMHC

LIST ==> (L+1) (I+1) (S-1) (T-1) ==> MJRS

PILE ==> (P+1) (I+1) (L-1) (E-1) ==> QJKD

So 'PILE' will be written as 'QJKD' in that code language.
