Question 40

If 40@8 = 50, 30@3 = 100 and 10@2 = 50, then find the value of 20@5 = ?

Solution

Given : 40@8 = 50, 30@3 = 100 and 10@2 = 50

If we replace '@' with $$'\div'$$, and multiply the quotient by 10, we get the desired result.

Eg :- $$(\frac{40}{8})\times10=50$$

and $$(\frac{30}{3})\times10=100$$ and $$(\frac{10}{2})\times10=50$$

Similarly, $$(\frac{20}{5})\times10=40$$

=> Ans - (C)
