The following equation is incorrect. Which two signs should be interchanged to correct the equation?
1 ÷ 14 x 30 + 20 -10 = 12

Solution

Expression : 1 ÷ 14 x 30 + 20 -10 = 12

(A) : ÷ and +

$$\equiv1+14\times30\div20-10=12$$

L.H.S. = $$1+(\frac{14\times30}{20})-10$$

= $$1+21-10=12=$$ R.H.S.

=> Ans - (A)
