= $$\frac{1}{cos^2A}+\frac{1}{sin^2A}$$

= $$\frac{sin^2A+cos^2A}{sin^2Acos^2A} = \frac{1}{sin^2Acos^2A}$$

= $$sec^2Acosec^2A$$
