given 3 + 2 ÷ 1 × 4 - 7

on interchanging 4 and 7

BODMAS rule{ brackets > of > division > multiplication > addition > subtraction }

we get 3 + 2 ÷ 1 × 7 - 4 ( using BODMAS rule)

3+$$\frac{2}{1} \times$$ 7 -4 = 3 + 2 $$\times$$ 7 - 4 = 3 + 14 - 4 = 13
