here numbers in 3rd row of every column = square of number in 2nd row in same column - square of number in 1st row in same column
33 = $$7^2$$ - $$4^2$$
27 = $$6^2$$ - $$3^2$$
21 = $$5^2$$ - $$2^2$$
and hence same pattern will follow in 1st column
and so, y = $$9^2$$ - $$2^2$$ = 77
