Solution

Series : 9, 16, 13, 12, 17, 8, ?, ?

The pattern followed is that in the alternate series '4' is added and subtracted respectively.

Odd Series : 9 (+4) = 13 (+4) = 17 (+4) = 21

Even series : 16 (-4) = 12 (-4) = 8 (-4) = 4

Thus, missing numbers = 21, 4
