In a survey, 70% of those surveyed owned a car and 75% of those surveyed owned a TV. If 55% owned both a car and a TV, what percent of those surveyed did not own either a car on a TV?
Let's assume survey is done on a total number of 100.
Hence one's having a car = 70
Having a TV = 75
Having both = 55
Hence people who have a car $$or$$ a TV will be 70+75-55=90
People who don't have any = 100-90 = 10
