  2. '137' means 'cakes are delicious'.
  3. '274' means 'we are girls'.

In statement 1 and 2, It is clearly seen that, 3 and cakes are common. 

so, code of cakes is 3.............(i)

In statement 2 and 3, are and 7 are common

i.e code of are is 7..............(ii)

So,By (i) and (ii),  The Code for delicious will be 1

Hence, Option B is correct.
