$$(25)^{x - 3} = (125)^{2x - 3}$$

=$$(5)^{2(x-3)}=(5)^{3(2x-3)}$$

equating the powers we get,

$$2x-6=6x-9$$

=>$$x=\frac{3}{4}$$
