The difference (in ₹) between the amounts spent on C in August and D in July is

The amount spent on C in August = $$\frac{45}{360}\times\ 30000=3750$$ and,
The amount spent on D in July = $$\frac{72}{360}\times\ 27000\ =\ 5400$$.
The required difference = 5400 - 3750 = 1650.
