Given,

by checking Option wise , only option 3 satisfy the equation,
i.e $$7+2\times5-4\div2=15$$
= $$7+2\times5-2=15$$
= $$7+10-2=15$$
$$\therefore\ 15=15$$
Hence, L.H.S = R.H.S
