Find the volume $$(in cm^3)$$ of a right circular cone of diameter 7 cm and height 7 cm.
Solution
Height of cone = $$h=7$$ cm and radius of cone = $$r=3.5$$ cm
=> Volume of cone = $$\frac{1}{3} \pi r^2h$$
= $$\frac{1}{3}\times\frac{22}{7}\times (3.5)^2\times7$$
= $$\frac{22\times12.25}{3}=89.83$$ $$cm^3$$
=> Ans - (D)
