The perimeter of a square is 22 cm. Find its area $$(in cm^2)$$ ?

Solution

Let side of square = $$s$$ cm

=> Perimeter = $$4s=22$$

=> $$s=\frac{22}{4}=5.5$$ cm

$$\therefore$$ Area = $$(5.5)^2=30.25$$ $$cm^2$$

=> Ans - (D)
