The pattern followed above is : $$\sqrt{a} + \sqrt{b} + \sqrt{c} = d$$
=> Missing number : $$\sqrt{625} + \sqrt{b} + \sqrt{49} = 50$$
=> $$\sqrt{b} = 50-25-7 = 18$$
=> $$b = 18^2 = 324$$
