Read the following passage and answer questions:

Passage:
It is very likely that at one point or another during your employment. you have been, or will be. asked to work on group projects. Although they canbe
interesting and challenging at times. it can becomea stressful situation when the members of the teamdo not pull their fair share of the load. Some do less than
others because their participation in the project does not require as muchinput. but other co-workers might try to pawn their share of the work on their members
of the team. Unless you have the skill and innerstrength to say ‘No’ to these individuals who ask youto do their work for them. you are going to be in deep
trouble. However. sometimes getting overburdened has nothing to do with people asking you to take more on, but instead it is you not being able to tell
yourself ‘No’ — that is stopping yourself from taking on more than what is actually your responsibility because you may ofthe type that likes to take charge
of situations. If the problemlies with being asked to do more by one or more members of the team. then you need to work on learning howto say ‘No’ to
their requests. You need to be straight forward yet polite. You do not want to give them any negotiating room.
