the above is follow that pattern

$$\dfrac{7 \times 1}{7^2 +1} : \dfrac{(7+2)\times 1} {9^2 +1} $$

then same pattern

$$\dfrac{13\times 1}{13^2+1} : \dfrac{(13+2)\times1} {15^2 +1}$$

$$\Rightarrow \dfrac{13}{170} : \dfrac{(15)\times 1} {226}$$

therefore ? = $$\dfrac{15}{226}$$Ans
