Solution

Let marked price = $$100x$$

Discount given = 15%

=> Discount amount = $$\frac{15}{100} * 100x = 15x$$

=> S.P. $$100x - 15x$$ = 2550

=> $$x$$ = $$\frac{2550}{85}$$ = 30

Marked Price = 100 * 30 = Rs 3,000
