we can the see the hidden pattern as :
20 -2 = 18 x 1
56 - 20 = 18 x 2
110 - 56 = 18 x 3
as we can see the difference in every succesive case is increasing multiple of 18
hence , y - 110 = 18 x 4 = 72
y = 110 + 72 = 182
