Solution

Attempted questions = 80 $$\times \frac{80}{100}$$ = 64
Marks got = 32

Marks deduct = 64 - 32 = 32

So, Wrong answer = 32/2 = 16

So, Correct answer = 32 + 16 = 48

$$\therefore$$ The correct answer is option B.
