Let speed of the boat in still water = $$x$$ km/hr and speed of current = $$y$$ km/hr
According to ques,
=> $$x-y=\frac{143}{13}=11$$ -------------(i)
and $$x+y=\frac{143}{11}=13$$ -----------(ii)
Adding both equations, we get : $$2x=11+13=24$$
=> $$x=\frac{24}{2}=12$$ km/hr
