Combining above statements, we get : $$W\geq N>R$$ and $$F\geq R$$
Conclusions :
I. F * N : $$F>N$$ : false
II. W * N : $$W>N$$ : false
III. R $ W : $$R<W$$ : true
Thus, only III is true.
