Average monthly salary of 15 workers in a factory = Rs. 285

=> Total monthly salary of 15 workers = $$285\times15=Rs.$$ $$4275$$

Let manager's salary = Rs. $$x$$

According to ques, => $$\frac{4275+x}{16}=355$$

=> $$4275+x=355\times16=5680$$

=> $$x=5680-4275=Rs.$$ $$1405$$
