Solution
As we know the number of votes will be directly proportional to the distribution
Shivaraman has the maximum no. of votes which will be $$\frac{120}{360}\times720$$=240
and secondly viswanath has number of votes $$\frac{100}{360}\times720$$=200
Hence difference will be 40
