Solution

The pattern is that '@' is concatenate operator and '*' is used to add.

Eg : $$(3)^2 @ 1 * 7 = 9@1+7=91+7=98$$

and $$(4)^2 @ 2 * 16 = 16@2+16=162+16=178$$

Similarly, $$(5)^2 @ 3 * 9 = 25@3+9=253+9=262$$
