let A's salary be a and B's salary be b.
Given C's salary c= 1600.
according to problem,
$$4b=2c.$$
$$\rightarrow b=\dfrac{c}{2}$$
$$\rightarrow b=\dfrac{1600}{2}$$
$$\rightarrow b=800$$
again,
2a=5b
$$\rightarrow a=\dfrac{5b}{2}$$
$$\rightarrow a=\dfrac{5\times800}{2}$$
$$\rightarrow a=2000$$
