Solution

Since all the three circles are equal, let radius of each be $$r$$

=> AD = DB = $$r$$

=> AB = AD + DB = $$2r$$

Similarly, BC = AC = $$2r$$

Since, all sides are equal, => ABC is an equilateral triangle.
