Time taken when the man walks at $$\frac{6}{7}$$ th of his speed $$= t+12$$
Since distance is same the product of speed and time must be same.
$$\frac{6\times (t+12)}{7} = t$$
t= 72 mins = 1 hour and 12 minutes
