Let the numbers be $$100x$$ and $$100y$$

We need to find = $$\frac{100x}{100y} = \frac{x}{y} = ?$$

Acc to ques,

=> $$\frac{38}{100} * 100x = \frac{52}{100} * 100y$$

=> $$38x = 52y$$

=> $$\frac{x}{y} = \frac{52}{38} = \frac{26}{19}$$

=> $$x : y = 26 : 19$$
