The pattern in the above series is the first element of new term is obtained by skipping two places from the last element of previous term. The second and third elements of the new term are obtained by skipping one place after the first element and then taking next two elements.

So following similar pattern we need to skip 2 places after N, by this we get Q.
Now to obtain 2nd and 3rd term, we will skip one place after Q, so we get EB
