Let the number be $$x$$
Difference of % = (42 - 28)% = 14%
Acc to ques,
=> $$\frac{14}{100} \times x = 210$$
=> $$x = \frac{210 \times 100}{14} = 1500$$
$$\therefore$$ Required answer
= $$\frac{59}{100} \times 1500 = 885$$
