Let the 5 consecutive even numbers be = $$(x) , (x+2) , (x+4) , (x+6) , (x+8)$$
Sum of these 5 consecutive numbers = 52 * 5 = 260
=> $$(x) + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) + (x+8) = 260$$
=> $$5x = 260 - 20 = 240$$
=> $$x = 48$$
=> B = $$x + 2$$ = 48 + 2 = 50
E = $$x + 8$$ = 48 + 8 = 56
$$\therefore$$ B $$\times$$ E = 50 * 56 = 2800
