It is given that $$x+\frac{2}{3+\frac{4}{\frac{37}{6}}}=10$$
So, $$x+\frac{2}{3+\frac{24}{37}}=10$$
Or, $$x+\frac{2}{\frac{135}{37}}=10$$
Or, $$x+\frac{74}{135}=10$$
So, $$x=\frac{1276}{135}$$
