If $$\frac{a}{b}=\frac{c}{d}=5$$, then $$\frac{3a+4c}{3b+4d}$$ is equal to

Solution

Given : $$\frac{a}{b}=\frac{c}{d}=5$$

Let $$a=c=5$$ and $$b=d=1$$

To find : $$\frac{3a+4c}{3b+4d}$$

= $$\frac{3(5)+4(5)}{3(1)+4(1)}$$

= $$\frac{15+20}{3+4}$$

= $$\frac{35}{7}=5$$

=> Ans - (C)
