Solution

97%61 ⇒ (9+ 6) - (7+1) = 15 - 8 = 7

64%52 ⇒ (6 + 5) - (4+2) = 11 - 6 = 5

Similarly

92%65 ⇒ (9 + 6) - (2 + 5) = 15 - 7 = 8
