Two cubes have their volumes in the ratio 27 : 64. The ratio of their surface areas is
let the side of 1st cube and 2nd cube be a unit and b unit respectively
now volume of a cube = $$side^3$$
total surface area of cube = 6$$side^2$$
given that : $$\frac{a^3}{b^3} = \frac{27}{64}$$
$$\frac{a}{b} = \frac{3}{4}$$
Now we can say that
$$\frac{6a^2}{6b^2} = \frac{9}{16}$$
