we need to find value of $$1-\frac{cos^2A}{1- sin A}$$
We know that 1 = $$sin^2 \theta + cos ^2 \theta$$
Using this we can say $$1+\frac{cos^2A}{1- sin A}$$ = 1 - $$\frac{1- sin^2 A}{1-sin A}$$
= 1 - 1 - sinA
= - sin A
