Total number of farmers who claimed insurance in the year 2017 = 2,64,000
Let $$x\%$$ of farmers claimed insurance in state E.
=> $$\frac{(36-24-x)}{100}\times264000=5280$$
=> $$(12-x)=\frac{5280}{2640}=2$$
=> $$x=12-2=10\%$$
