The series follows pattern as,

$$\frac{-10}{3} + \frac{4}{3} = \frac{-6}{3} = -2$$

$$-2 + \frac{4}{3} = \frac{-6}{3} = \frac{-2}{3}$$

$$\frac{-2}{3} + \frac{4}{3} = \frac{2}{3}$$

$$\frac{2}{3} + \frac{4}{3} = 2$$
