The pattern here followed is :

The 2nd letter is second to the left of the first letter and the 3rd letter is second to the right of first letter.

E.g. - OMQ = O (-2) -> M

= O (+2) -> Q

Only TPR does not follow the above pattern, thus, it's the odd one out.
