Question 123

$$2\frac{1}{5}+3\frac{2}{5}-1\frac{1}{3}=?$$

Solution

Expression : $$2\frac{1}{5}+3\frac{2}{5}-1\frac{1}{3}=?$$

= $$(2 + 3 - 1) + (\frac{1}{5} + \frac{2}{5} - \frac{1}{3})$$

= $$4 + \frac{3}{5} - \frac{1}{3}$$

= $$4 + \frac{4}{15} = 4\frac{4}{15}$$
