Solution

Total graduate population of State F = $$\frac{14}{100} \times 24$$ lakhs

= $$3.36$$ lakhs

Total standard XII population of State A = $$\frac{15}{100} \times 32$$ lakhs

= $$4.8$$ lakhs

$$\therefore$$ Required % = $$\frac{3.36}{4.8} \times 100$$

= $$\frac{420}{6} = 70 \%$$
