Solution

15% of $$x = \frac{15}{100} * x = \frac{3x}{20}$$

20% of $$y = \frac{20}{100} * y = \frac{y}{5}$$

Now, both are equal

=> $$\frac{3x}{20}$$ = $$\frac{y}{5}$$

=> $$\frac{x}{y}$$ = $$\frac{20}{5*3}$$

= 4 : 3
