Using, $$M_1D_1H_1$$ $$=M_2D_2H_2$$, where $$M$$ is number of men, $$D$$ is number of days and $$H$$ is number of hours
According to ques,
=> $$12\times10\times8=16\times D_2\times\frac{15}{2}$$
=> $$120=15D_2$$
=> $$D_2=\frac{120}{15}=8$$
