$$(3x-5)(3x-1) = 0$$
$$x = \frac{5}{3}, \frac{1}{3}$$
$$2y^2-9y+10 = 0$$
$$(2y-5)(y-2) = 0$$
$$y = 2, \frac{5}{2}$$
