Let's say B finishes a work in x days
So A will finish in \frac{x}{3} days
Hence $$x- \frac{x}{3} = \frac{2x}{3} = 60$$
So $$x = 90$$
Hence together they will do $$\frac{1}{90} + \frac{3}{90} = \frac{4}{90}$$ amount of work in a day.
