we need to calculate $$\frac{(0.05)^2 + (0.41)^2 + (0.073)^2}{(0.005)^2 + (0.041)^2 + (0.0073)^2}$$

here we know

0.005 = 0.05/10

0.041 = 0.41/10

0.0073 = 0.073/10

hence , $$\frac{(0.05)^2 + (0.41)^2 + (0.073)^2}{((0.05)/10)^2 + ((0.41)/10)^2 + ((0.073)/10)^2}$$ = 100
