Solution

Shikha is to the left of Reena, so that could be: Shikha, Reena

Then, Manju is to the right of Reena, so that could be: Shikha, Reena, Manju

Then, Rity is between Reena and Manju, so the final arrangement would be:  Shikha, Reena, Rity, Manju.

Therefore, the second from the left would be Reena.
