Solution
Given : BC = 14 cm and BD = 5 cm
=> CD = $$14-5=9$$ cm
Also, $$(AD)^2=BD\times CD$$
=> $$(AD)^2=5\times9=45$$
=> $$AD=\sqrt{45}$$
=> $$AD=3\sqrt5$$ cm
=> Ans - (B)
