Cost of ET newspaper (28 days) = ₹120 (30*4)
Cost of TOI newspaper (28 days) = ₹66 (16.5*4)

So, for a ₹200 bill, the cost of the newspaper has to be more by ₹14.
It can be from 1 or 2 or 3 extra days, assuming number of days in a month are either 29,30 or 31.
